   To avoid confusion, our pricing includes disbursements and standard searches.

 

 

+ Purchaser 

    Our fixed price includes standard searches, Contract of Sale & Section 32 Vendor Statement review, applicable disbursements, Statutory      

    Declaration, PPR, nomination, settlement, post settlement review.

 

+ Power of Attorney 

    Three copies are prepared and witnessed, additional copies can be arranged at no cost.

 

+ FHOG (First Home Owner’s Grant) Application 

    FHOG application and applicable supporting documentation are correctly prepared, physically lodged by our staff at State Revenue Office      

    same day to ensure approval is granted in shortest time achievable. We wish to remind our clients that most finance providers including

    brokers offer FHOG application lodging free of charge.

 

+ FIRB (Foreign Investment Review Board) Application

    Applicable supporting documents and FIRB Application are correctly prepared by our staff, forwarded to FIRB for approval on same day.

 

+ Caveat 

    Caveat is prepared by our staff, and physically lodged at Land Titles Registry of Victoria on same day.

 

 

   Vendor 

+ Private Sale Contract of Sale & Section 32 Vendor Statement preparation       

  

    Price include  applicable disbursements, Statutory Declaration, settlement, professionally binded copies of Contract & S32

    supplied to Vendor’s real estate agent and Vendor upon request, electronic copy of Contract & S32 is forwarded to Vendor and Vendor’s real

    estate agent, deposit settlement monies to nominated account.

 

+ Auction Contract of Sale & Section 32 Vendor Statement preparation 

    Price include applicable disbursements and additional disbursements, additional clause in Section

    32 Vendor Statement, Statutory Declaration, settlement, professionally binded copies of Contract & S32 supplied to Vendor’s real estate agent     and Vendor upon request, electronic copy of Contract & S32 is forwarded to Vendor and Vendor’s real estate agent, deposit settlement monies     to nominated account.
